Congratulations John! February Student of the Month

John started Bikram Yoga June 15, 2002 at the age of 72. Increasing blood pressure, pain and pressure in his damaged knees, and arthritis were a few of his motivations for starting Bikram Yoga. Since June, John has practiced regularly three times a week and has seen major changes, including losing 25 pounds and 4 inches from his waistline. He also found the yoga gives him a clear head and eases his knee pain. He says he, "found yoga very useful physically and a great aid to my focus and concentration". His motivations aren't merely for himself. His loved ones benefit from his increased energy and mobility. "My wife and I like to travel. I hope to be there with her and for her, always". John gives 100% during each and every class and is an inspiration to us all! |
